Fresh fish is the way to go. Otherwise you are having a previously frozen fillet

Pinto beans a little too spiced. Hushpuppies not all that great. Scallops are bay scallops and oysters not great. Bone in croaker was VERY good along with coleslaw. Seafood market does look great though. They'll let you pick your fish and fry it right there.
